Integration with PipeRun
This integration allows you to generate a new Person in PipeRun from finished chats in JivoChat. It saves contact data and chat logs with each generated client.
Method 1: Integration through the Jivochat application#
To integrate PipeRun with JivoChat, open the JivoChat web app or the Desktop application, access Manage, then choose Extensions, select Integrations and in the CRM and other systems field, search for PipeRun.
After that, the connection page will open and you will need to fill in the following fields:
1.Access token: To generate an access token, go to your PipeRun panel and click on top of your user name on the right upper corner -> Integrations ("Integrações").
Copy your integration token and return to the JivoChat app.
Paste the token in the "Access Token" field on the JivoChat application.
2.Integration name. The name that will be displayed in the list of connected integrations. Any name will suffice.
3.Select channels for this integration. Click to open the list of available channels and select the ones to enable this integration.
Hit the Connect button and you are all set.
Done! The integration will be connected and you will receive data from JivoChat into your CRM. After connecting, the integration will appear in the "Connected integrations" list, where you can change its settings and view the event logs.
Method 2: Integration through the PipeRun panel and Webhooks in JivoChat#
When integrating JivoChat with PipeRun, the user will be able to:
- Define how leads generated via Chat (JivoChat) will be received.
In PipeRun:
1. Access the integrations (Integrações) area in the top right menu:
2. In the Integrations Hub, search for "Jivochat":
3. After selecting JivoChat, click on "Integrar".
4. On the next screen, select "Sim" to enable the integration with JivoChat. You can also select the opportunity owner and duplicate it if desired. Don't forget to select the pipeline and the pipeline stage where you want the business opportunities generated in JivoChat to be registered. Finally, select the business origin.
Note: The origin must be previously registered in your account settings. Additionally, when configuring how the opportunity owner user will be assigned, remember that the owner's email must match the one provided in the JivoChat attendant user for automatic assignment.
5. You have generated an integration URL to connect the integration in JivoChat. Copy the generated URL.
Now in your JivoChat application:
1. Access your JivoChat web application, or any of our Desktop apps, and click on Settings, then Channels, search for the desired channel, and click on Settings:
2. In the menu on the left, click on "Integration Settings for Developers" (1), activate the option "Enable Webhooks" (2), and paste the generated URL from your PipeRun dashboard into the "URL for Webhooks" field (3).
A webhook will be automatically sent whenever a chat event is triggered. For more information about the events sent via webhooks, check our documentation.
There you go, now your account is ready to receive the business opportunities generated by JivoChat!
