JivoChat on Mac
macOS may show a warning the first time you open the app.
Below is a short guide for allowing JivoChat to open manually.

Download JivoChat for Mac
Click the button below and wait for the installer file to download.

Launch the app
Open the downloaded file and launch JivoChat. If macOS shows a warning, click Done.
Don’t click Move to Trash.

Allow the app in macOS settings
Open the Apple menu → System Settings → Privacy & Security. If needed, scroll down to the Security section.
Next to the message about JivoChat, click Open, then click Open Anyway.
If macOS asks for confirmation, enter your Mac login password, then click OK. After that, you’ll be able to open JivoChat like any other app.
